Background
Tarkvara Design was originally formed in 1994 to develop an
educational groupware product called Interloq. The company has
since moved on to other projects, but continues to be devoted to the
notion that software can be a tool for the betterment of society. In
2000 Tarkvara Design was incorporated as a worker-run business. The
company's offices are in Toronto, Canada.
